The first entry is about your arrival at the Universidad Popular Autónoma del Estado de Puebla (UPAEP).

On the first day at UPAEP you'll have to pick up your ID badge at UPAEP main entrance located at 21 sur 1103.

UPAEP  main entrance at 21 Sur 1103

There's a small door at the left side of the main gate which give access to the help and registration desk for visitor. There you'll pick up your badge, once you have your badge you'll be able to access the campus at any of the four gates. The guards will be duly informed so remember to carry your badge on view for unobstructed access during your stay.

On your first day at UPAEP you'll pick up your ID badge here.

At the help desk you'll receive your badge and basic directions.

Once you're in the campus it's rather easy to find the meeting place. After you cross the garden area you'll find three buildings. The one right in front is the "T" building, the one at the left is the "A" building and the one at the left is the "B" building. A and B buildings comprise mostly classrooms and two meeting rooms. If any activity is to be held at hall "B-300" this indicates that you have to go to building B, 3rd floor. The same applies for example for T-250 which means building T, 2nd floor.

The T building has several facilities you'll use during your stay at UPAEP. In the first floor you'll find the Cafeteria which provides service from 7:00 to 19:00. Both cash and credit cards are accepted. In this building there's a small bank office managed by Banco Santander, it has two ATM's and money exchange inside.
There is a coffee parlor in the terrace, a pizza joint, a salad bar and an hamburger place.

Campus' entrances

UPAEP has 4 entrances: 9 Poniente, 13 Poniente, 21 Sur and 23 Sur. Once you have your ID badge you can use any of the three entrances. It is advisable to use the 9 poniente entrance since the 21 sur's can be very crowded. The other two gates are fine, not very crowded and with easy access altough traffic can be a bit high during rush hours.
